Gary Dean Bosch, the son of Gerald and Vivian (Eernisse) Bosch was born July 25, 1950 in Luverne, MN. At a very young age, he began working on farms in the Valley Springs area and graduated from high school in 1968.
On August 23, 1969, Gary was united in marriage with Cherlyn Rozeboom in Luverne, MN. He and his son, Mike, farmed together since Mike was the age of 12. After more than 40 years of milking, Gary retired from the dairy business in January of 2007. He continued farming and started working for Worthington Ag in December of 2006. Gary truly was a town boy with a country heart
Gary was a very active lifetime member of Valley Springs Reformed Church, and held many of the positions in the church, including Elder, Deacon, Choir Director, and Sunday School Superintendent. He was beloved by the children in the church, and was known for an abundance of candy in his pockets. Gary enjoyed playing volleyball, softball, as well as coaching. He was a lover of music and was a member of the Jericho Road Quartet.
Gary always had a smile on his face and found humor in most of life’s adventures. He was very outgoing, and was quick to make friends.
